어떻게 해서 최고집 칼국수에 가게 되었나요?
정부에서 다시 1번 코로나로 인한 정부 재난 기금이 나왔기에 신청을 했더니 30만원을 받게 되었어요. 따라서, 옛날에 가족들이랑 자주 갔던 바지락 칼국수를 먹기로 하고 방문하게 되었죠. 이곳이 예전부터 저희 가족이 주말마다 갔던 단골이라서 추억이 나기도 했구요.
How did you go Choi Go Jib Mussel Noodle?
Korean Government offered little bit of money because of CORONA 19 case. Thus, We, my family, decided to go the the mussel noodle place where we used to visit when I was young. From the time, when I was young, my family used to visit there, so we also wanted to eat our favorite old dish.
최고집 칼국수의 반찬이나 다른 특이한 음식이 있나요?
윗 사진에서 보이다 시피 다른 반찬들이 많지는 않아요. 간단하게 배추김치랑 열무김치가 옆에 항아리에 있어서 같이 있는 가위를 이용해서 잘라서 접시에 놓는 것 뿐이예요. 그러나, 여기엔 독특하게도 칼국수 먹기전에 입가심으로 보리밥이 나와요. 이 보리밥에 열무김치를 다져서 참기름에 비벼먹는게 좋았던것 같아요.
Are there any side dishes or unique foods in Choi Go Jib Mussel Noodle?
From above pictures, as you can see, there are not much side dishes you can have with the noodle. At the side there will be two jars of side dishes. One of the jar will have radish Kimchi and another will be lettuce Kimchi. You will cut them to eat handily and to put them on the separate dishes. In this restaurant, we will have a bowl of cooked rice. With this bowl, you will pour few drops of sesame oil and chopped the radish Kimchi in the bowl. Mix them and eat it.
칼국수는 어땠나요?
보통 칼국수 집처럼 큰 대접에 면 듬뿍 담아서 바지락이랑 함께 나오는 데요. 윗 사진에서 보시면 아시다 시피 처음에 보기만 하면 가격이 저정도인데 바지락이 많이 안 담아 있다고 생각 할수 도 있어요. 하지만, 먹다 보니까 깊숙이 들어가 있어서 나중에는 먹어도 먹어도 끝이 없었어요. 국물은 바지락의 고소한 내음이 낫지만, 면은 다른 곳 보다 두껍게 나오지 않고 약간 국수 같이 가늘어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 2명이서 먹어도 다 못먹을 만큼 양은 풍족했어요. ㅎㅎ
How was the main dish?
Just like other restaurant, the main dish was served in the big bowl with the mussels. As we can see from the above picture, compared to the price, there were a few mussels on the surface. However, as we ate more, we found out the mussels were hidden inside. The soup was clean and oily. Also, the amount of food was so good! However, the noodle was not thick enough to me to eat it.
